o Exterior windows and doors are made of PVC frame with double glazing and electric shutters. All windows except balcony glass walls have insect screens. Colour according to 3D visualisation.
o Floors of apartments at the choice of the investor: microcement, parquet or tiles, all inclusive up to the value of 80 € / m2 + VAT.
o The paths around the building are made of reinforced concrete slabs lined with anti-slip tiles.
